2. Description of Service

Study Kit is an AI-powered language learning platform that provides tools for ChatGPT to create personalized study experiences. The Service includes:

  • Interactive questions (multiple choice, fill-in-the-blank, writing, speaking, listening, and more)
  • Spaced repetition vocabulary review
  • Speaking and pronunciation practice with AI scoring
  • AI-powered performance analysis and study recommendations
  • Study scheduling and reminders
  • Integration with ChatGPT via MCP tools

3. Account Registration

To use Study Kit, you must create an account using a valid email address or Google sign-in. You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account credentials secure
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Providing accurate account information

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond your own account data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits
  • Share your account with others
  • Use automated tools to access the Service except through our official API and integrations

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to Study Kit, including study documents, audio recordings, and written responses. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your content as needed to provide the Service.

We may use your study data in anonymized, aggregated form to improve the Service. We will never share your individual content with other users or third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. AI-Generated Content

Study Kit uses AI (including Google Gemini and ChatGPT) to generate questions, feedback, and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for educational purposes and may not always be accurate. We do not guarantee the correctness of AI-generated content, and it should not be relied upon as a sole source of information.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep Study Kit available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

8. Pricing & Payments

Study Kit offers a free tier. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will clearly communicate pricing, billing terms, and any changes before they take effect. You will not be charged without your explicit consent.

9. Intellectual Property

The Study Kit platform, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be revoked
  • Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • You may request a copy of your data before deletion by contacting us

11. Limitation of Liability

Study Kit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, exam results, or learning outcomes.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of Study Kit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through binding arbitration.
